

Developing a conceptual plan for a project or campaign, starting with a work order and existing ideas. Structuring the strategy (goals, target groups, strategic elements of the project). Developing actions, setting priorities, project organization and milestones.
Double benefit of the coaching: clients learn by practical example how to give a conceptual structure to their ideas, goals and imaginings. At the conclusion of the coaching they create a practical conceptual plan for their project ideas.
Duration: approximately 20 two-hour sessions; individual work in between
