Organizations communicate in more ways than the obvious. Structure is a language in itself. Economic and social changes mean that internal processes and organizational models need to be reviewed. We see organizational development as another means of communication. We work with you to develop a vision and mission statements, work out your corporate principles, define processes and job descriptions or draft contracts and by-laws. We make a point of bringing stakeholders on board as participants. In other words: we use professional change management methods to shape the process.
