Employee survey for engineering company

At the end of 2008 the engineering company Aegerter & Bosshardt AG conducted an employee survey in order to find out more about the employee’s satisfaction, the strength and weakness of the company as well as to identify approaches for improving workflow.

int/ext Communications AG supported Aegerter & Bosshardt AG in the planning and preparations as well as in the realisation and the analysis of this survey. Furthermore, the agency worked out and implemented respective measures together with the engineering company.
