Marketing and Communication for Non-Profit Organizations

The training is targeted at key policy makers in social, religious and cultural non-profit organizations (NPO). The training is also offered in the form of regular coaching for individuals.

Primary goal: participants learn how to develop strategies for their NPO independently.

Content:

• Defining major target groups in the NPO's internal and external environment
• Introduction of the expanded "exchange system" in the marketing of NPOs (target group contributions in exchange for incentives from the organization)
• Defining the contributions that an NPO expects from its target group
• Designing an appropriate "incentive system" (management of exchange relationships)
• Integrating NPO fundraising systems (expansion of the topic with a professional fundraiser upon request)
• Developing appropriate offers that better reach the target group
• Developing a communication strategy and accompanying communication measures
