Leadership in Exceptional Situations

Crises present companies with challenges far beyond the everyday norm. These situations can only be mastered if leadership holds up.

The goal of this training is for the managers and coordinators of a company's crisis response team to

• know their authorities, responsibilities and points of contact in a crisis in accordance with the crisis manual
• be aware of their leadership responsibility and live up to it in accordance with the assignment (planning, organization, decision-making, command and reporting rhythm, control and execution behaviour)
• acquire confidence that they will perform their function efficiently and take the right decisions in a crisis
