Intercultural Negotiation Skills Course

Managers are often involved in negotiation situations. They have to negotiate with their employees, with team leaders, with superiors and with business partners sometimes originating from different cultures.

Objectives:
During the interactive training course the participants will

  • acquire know-how and tools which have proved their worth in practice and test them in practical negotiation situations (with video feedback)
  • recognize and experience the negotiation process as a strategy for resolving conflicts of interest
  • recognize the advantages of a win-win strategy and gain experience in its practical implementation
  • re-examine their own negotiating style and enhance their ability to achieve optimal negotiating results systematically and purposefully
  • learn how to handle typical negotiating situations more successfully than they have to date
  • learn about the challenges of intercultural negotiation and successful strategies to handle them
